Please fill out the House
Account form to get started. You will be given a house account
number. Then simply go though our normal method of ordering
and type in the Address Line 1, your company name, put your
house account number in the credit card field. Invoices will
be mailed to you 2-3 days after the order is delivered. (Please
note, your credit card will not be charged unless your account
becomes delinquent more than 30 days without any notification.)
