Forza, which was introduced to the United States by Equinox fitness, is a one-hour super-charged workout that combines the elements of two Japanese sword fighting techniques - Kendo and Aikijujitsu to shape the upper and lower body while building strength. The workout is preformed in a group using a sword and taught by Equinox group fitness instructor, Jon Gestl. Now that's not ho-hum!
